Rudi is the best personal trainer I have ever had. I met him 4 months before my wedding and shared with him my weight loss goals of 20lbs before my big day and we actually achieved this through the workout program and eating habits! I have trained with many PTs in the past and have never reached my weight loss goals. Not only that, the program he put me through allowed me to improve my strength slowly and safely. I would recommend him as a PT to anyone that is serious about getting in shape.
